Dwayne was the founding pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he was ordained in 2007. The church is also part of the Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about empowering the next generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications, and also a contributor in Christ-Centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman & Viars).
